"Hey, Wise Girl."
"What do you need Seaweed Brain? I'm kinda busy here." Annabeth replied, surrounded by blueprints for Olympus.
      "Annie!!-" Percy whined.
"Don't call me Annie!!" Annabeth sharply replied.
"Ok, ok, I won't. Anyway, have some fuuuuuuuuuuuun!!!"
"I can't have 'fun' right now. I'm working on Apollo's temple and he wants DOZENS of statues, inside and around it. I don't have time to go and hang out with you right now. I mean I've still got more一mmph!" Before anything else could escape out of her mouth, Percy shut her up with a kiss.
"What was that for!?" Annabeth shouted in disbelief. To which Percy replied with a  "You talk too much." And quickly kissed her again. But before she could get up, he swiftly threw Annabeth over his shoulder ("Eek!! Percy!!!) and ran out of the Athena cabin with people staring, giggling (Aphrodite cabin) and concealing smiles at the sight of the couple.
"Perseus Jackson!!! Put me down this instant!!!" The daughter of Athena yelled in rage, although she couldn't stop the giggles that  escaped every once and a while.
"Alright, if you insist." Fortunately, Percy obeyed her wishes. Unfortunately, Annabeth realized they were at the beach and she had a sneaking suspicion of what was going to happen.
True to her words, she saw Percy's muscles tense up and thrashed around, screaming if he dropped her into the water, then she would kill him. But it didn't work, Percy's grip was too strong and before she knew it, she was flung into the water.
"PERSEUS ALLEN JACKSON!!!!! I AM GOING TO KILL YOU!!!!!!!" The Athenian girl shouted when she had surfaced. "What in Hades was that for?!?!?!!? She glared hard at Percy.
"Calm down Wise Girl, you looked like you needed to cool off." He replied as he smoothly jumped into the water.
"What am I going to do with you? Remind me again why I'm dating you?" Annabeth asked.
" 'Cause you love me." The son of Poseidon said in a sing-song voice while smiling a bright, goofy-looking smile that made Annabeth's gaze soften and made her heart beat faster.
"I guess I do, Seaweed Brain. I don't know why in Hades I do, but I do. Even Athena can't figure out why." She said as she pulled him closer to her.

"It's our little secret then." Percy responded, smiling softly and gazing lovingly into the eyes he fell in love with, the ones that reminded him of swirling storm clouds, as they closed the small gap and kissed softly and sweetly. There was a short silence that they both didn't mind until Percy broke it.
          "Let's have some fun now!!!"
"What do you me-Percy!!!!!" Annabeth shrieked due to water getting splashed on her, courtesy of a certain sea-green eyed son of Poseidon, and rapidly swam after him. Splashing him and getting revenge.
Soon, they were having a full out splashing war and they only stopped when Annabeth stated that she was getting tired. They headed toward the coast and Percy, after drying her, told her to wait while he got some stuff leaving Annabeth wondering and pondering the possibilities.
2 minutes later, he came back with a blanket on one arm, a picnic basket in the other and an umbrella. After setting everything up, they dug into the food, laughing, talking, kissing and generally having a great time with each other's company. When they were done, it was around sunset so they stayed a while longer watching the sun set and seeing the beautiful reds, golds, and oranges spreading around the sky. After the beautiful display, they retreated to the Poseidon cabin and got ready for bed.
         "Hey Wise Girl."
          "Yeah?"
          "Did you have fun?"
"...yea...I did. Especially since you were there with me. It made everything that much more better."
"See? That was better than working on Apollo's temple, right?"
         "...I guess."
"Yay!! I'm right for once!!" Percy commented and she let out a short burst of laughter. Even in the darkness, Annabeth could see Percy's smile, the one that never wavered, the one that was goofy and bright, the one that made her heart melt.

After the greatest day ever, the worst day ever had to come right after. Annabeth woke up to find an empty spot next to her which was odd but she didn't pay much attention to it. When Percy didn't show up at breakfast, she was worried because Percy loved his blue waffles and never missed it. She started asking around camp if they knew where Percy was. When everyone she asked said no, she informed Chiron about it and they immediately sent out search parties. 8 months had passed and there was still no sign but she wasn't about to give up. Then Jason, Piper, and Leo came into the Greeks' lives and there was hope again that Perseus "Percy" Allen Jackson was not dead.

"The best week ever soon became the worst for me"

I like it.  It's clear, no errors (I think).  It's got a good feel, and it doesn't contradicts the book.
